On February 16, 2016 at approx. 6:49 p.m., Laredo PD was sent to 2600 Bob Bullock Loop @ Wal-mart for a Theft report. The loss prevention employee stated he was advised by a Department Manager to check surveillance, as several cans of baby formula were missing from the shelves, however there was no reported sales for that particular brand of formula, and the shelves were stocked with said merchandise on the previous day. He then began to check surveillance and that`s when he noticed on February 15,2016 between 8-8:21 p.m. an unknown female wearing all black was seen selecting said baby formula from the shelf, placing them inside the grocery cart, then pushing the cart to another area of the store meeting up with an unknown male subject. She then placed merchandise inside his cart, to which he exited the store making it past all cashiers and registers without paying. A Theft C/B report was then taken as merchandise totaled $ 676.72.
