Once a mainstay of services on the Mid-Hants Railway, Ex-SR 'West Country' Class - 34007 "Wadebridge" now comprises part of the lines 'Non-Operational' fleet, pending a full overhaul.

The Bulleid Light Pacific - the oldest surviving member of its class - was withdrawn from service at the Watercress Line in 2016, upon the expiration of the locomotives' boiler ticket; entering the overhaul queue and awaiting its turn in the workshops.

Since withdrawal, 34007 has spent a large amount of time in the Head-Shunt siding at Ropley. However, since this area is currently undergoing some heavy engineering work, 34007 has once again found its way on to shed at Ropley - rubbing shoulders with some of the line's operational locomotives.

"Wadebridge" can be seen sporting the identity of 34019 "Bideford" (name not carried) on the Fireman's side of the loco - a result of the locos appearance at the Watercress Line's 'End of Southern Steam' Gala during the Summer of 2017.
