Clinical History:
20 years old female patient came with
- Amenorrhoea for 8+ months
- Severe lower abdominal pain for 1 day

Ultrasound Findings:
- 33+ weeks sized single live fetus
- 3 layers of cord around the neck
- Oligohydramnios
