🎨 Bobby’s Childhood Custom Batman Figures – Creativity Before Toy Customizing Was a Thing!
One of the highlights of this video is Bobby’s early toy customizing attempts. He didn’t have official versions of some characters, so he painted figures, swapped parts, and made his own versions of Batman variants and villains.
Some of his unique creations include:
🦇 "Battle-Damaged Batman" – A repainted figure where Bobby added scuffs, cuts, and wear to give Batman a “worn down” look after fighting Gotham’s worst criminals.
🎭 "Shadow Knight Batman" – A black & silver repaint inspired by an imagined futuristic Batman from Gotham’s underworld.
🔥 "Joker's Last Laugh" Custom – A Joker figure that’s been hand-painted with eerie new details, making him look even more sinister.
⚠️ "Robin 2.0" – A repainted Robin that Bobby modified because he didn’t like the stock figure’s colors as a kid.
Back in the day, kids had to get creative—there was no access to “custom figure parts” or online shopping for replacement toys. If you lost a cape or broke an arm, you repainted, glued, or used imagination to fix it.
