Hi wax lovers!

This video I my trial of the Tress Wellness at-home wax kit. Because this is an at-home kit (and neither I nor any of my team members having any hair left to wax) I decided it would be fun to film this at home while having family over during the Thanksgiving weekend.

This is why you hear kids and see random people in the video. Also why I don’t have gloves on. I’d obviously never wax a client without gloves. The guy who did full arms is my husband and the other one is my brother. They were troopers to let try this out in them. My other brother let me also try it but unfortunately that video got cut off.

I typically use soft wax for areas other than bikini but I really enjoyed trying all these waxes out and would use these waxes on clients in the future. If you noticed in the beginning I was applying the wax against the hair growth and then sweeping it back around with the hair. This is how I’ve always used hard wax and always found it to be effective. I switched it to how it is suggested in the instructions to use it as recommended. The process was slow because I only melted a bit at a time so I could try out all the different waxes they sent me. I didn’t get to try it on eyebrows in this video so I will make another video for you guys in the future. Hope you don’t mind this at-home format and the sneak peek into my daily life (and the random French 🤪).
