Neo-liberalism has Reached a Dead-end: Prabhat Patnaik

Prabhat Patnaik, speaking at the Idea of India conclave on 6th June, 2017, insists that the transition into Neoliberalism always calls for the structural change as witnessed in African countries after liberation from colonialism. He says that the Modi government is unthinkably Neoliberal than its predecessor governments. Prabhat points out that in a world where Neoliberalism has reached a dead-end, the real crisis is that Modi government is still dead-set on pushing the Neoliberal agenda.
