MEXICAN LASAGNA INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
2 lbs ground beef
1 15 oz black beans, drained
1 cup frozen sweet corn, thawed
1 15 oz can Ro-tel, or tomatoes with chiles
1/4 cup taco seasoning
1/2 cup beef broth
16 oz sour cream
4.5 oz can chopped green chiles
15 fajita-size flour tortillas
4 cups shredded cheddar
Pico de gallo, for garnish
Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Sliced pickled jalapeños, for garnish - optional
