विश्व बौद्धिक संपदा संगठन संयुक्त राष्ट्र के अंतर्गत कार्य करने वाली एक महत्त्वपूर्ण संगठन है| यह संगठन कॉपीराइट,ट्रेडमार्क,पेटेंट जैसे विषयों का विनियमन करता है| 191 सदस्य देशों वाले इस संगठन का सदस्य देश भारत भी है| यह संगठन अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर बौद्धिक संपदाओं के संरक्षण को महत्त्व देता है|
