Lancia Stratos is an unlockable car in Sega Rally Championship's Sega Saturn and PC port. Compared to Toyota Celica and Lancia Delta, it is pretty much the fastest car in the game at expense having worst handling, which makes powersliding more difficult. Still, once you master it, you can beat Arcade mode without much trouble, even on Hard difficulty.

Also I want to say that the engine sounds are wayyyy too loud in PC port, making the music barely hearable.
