⬇️⬇️ INGREDIENTS⬇️⬇️
🔶Minced Mutton and Liver-1 kg
🔶Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
🔶Black Cardamom-2 (Crushed)
🔶Green Cardamom-5/6 (Crushed)
🔶Black Pepper-8-10
🔶Cloves-5/6
🔶Cinnamon Stick-small
🔶Mace-1 tsp
🔶Bay Leaves-2
🔶Red Whole Pepper-2 (Crushed)
🔶Onion (Chopped)-2 (Medium)
🔶Ginger Garlic Paste-4 tbsp
🔶Green Chili(Chopped)-4
🔶Kashmiri Mirch-3 tsp
🔶Tomato Puree(Homemade)-4 (Small)
🔶Turmeric-2 tsp
🔶Red Chili Powder-1 & 1/2 tsp
🔶Coriander Powder-4 tsp
🔶Garam masala-1 tsp
🔶Hot water-2 cup


METHOD


1️⃣Wash and rinse the keema kaleji (Mince Mutton and liver) together under running water and keep aside.
2️⃣Heat oil in a pan and add mustard oil.
3️⃣When oil is hot, add whole spices-Cumin seeds, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Black pepper, Cloves, cinnamon stick, mace, bay leaves, red whole pepper and let them splutter.
4️⃣Now add chopped onions and cook until golden golden.
5️⃣Add grated ginger garlic paste. Cook until raw smell goes off and then add green chili.
6️⃣Add Kashmiri Mirch for color.
7️⃣Now add Homemade tomato puree and mix everything well.
8️⃣Add salt, Turmeric, Red Chili Powder, Coriander powder and Garam Masala. Cover the pan and cook 10 minutes
9️⃣ Now add minced mutton and liver and add hot water.
🔟Cover and cook till it is completely done.
1️⃣1️⃣ Stir in between
1️⃣2️⃣Garnish with cilantro
