I hate how good he cooks😭
No, I’m not complaining because I get to eat all the yummy food😋 but I’m complaining because he cooks so effortlessly, without caring too much how it turns out! And here I get so passionate about every dish, it hurts when it fails🥲

Do try out this egg curry! It’s one of the best things he has ever made! Classic Mangalore style, pair it with rice and you’ll love your life!


Ingredients I used:
1 tsp oil (coconut oil recommended)
1 to 1.5 tbsp coriander seeds
few methi seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp peppercorn/kali mirch
few curry leaves
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 tbsp ginger
1/3 cup onion
1/3 cup coconut
5 to 6 Byadgi red chillies

For curry:
salt
turmeric
small piece of tamarind soaked in warm water (I forgot to show in the video)
5 eggs

Tadka:
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
few curry leaves
1/4 cup sliced onion
