The Holy Bible gives the creed of Christian faith. One of the earliest creed is 'Jesus is Lord' . Apostle Paul writes in Ist Corinthians in chapter 3 ফলতঃ প্রথম স্থলে আমি তোমাদের কাছে এই শিক্ষা সমর্পণ করিয়াছি, এবং ইহা আপনিও পাইয়াছি যে, শাস্ত্রানুসারে খ্রীষ্ট আমাদের পাপের জন্য মরিলেন, ও কবর প্রাপ্ত হইলেন, আর শাস্ত্রানুসারে তিনি তৃতীয় দিবসে উত্থাপিত হইয়াছেন;
(1 করিন্থীয়। 15:3‭-‬4)। But no where in the Bible a complete statement of faith written. That's the reason Apostle felt the need to bring out a complete faith statement. Which resulted into Apostles creed.
