Allan Holdsworth is one of my all-time favourite musicians; he was brilliant on every level, as an improviser, a composer, a tone innovator, and his command over his instruments were second to none. The song Atavachron is one of my faves, the solo section has a very difficult chord progression that I've been having some fun with lately, still have a long way to go before I master this one!

Gear used is my Strandberg Singularity signature guitar, the Fortin/Neural DSP NTS ampsim plugin, Jim Dunlop strings and picks and a cable from Klotz
