Doris Day has been an animal advocate for years. In this episode from 1985, her guest star is actor, Earl Holliman, who used to star in many old westerns. Also on set that day for the next taping was actor, Rock Hudson, in what was his last taping before his death. My husband, Steve Feather, was the Chief of Police in Del Ray Oaks, California, where they filmed this. He knew Doris from around town. Sadly, my husband passed away from brain cancer in January, so I am sharing this to keep his memory alive.
