Resep Ayam Shabu-Shabu (untuk 5 porsi)
Bahan marinasi ayam:
500 gr dada ayam filet (setengah beku)
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
¼ sdt merica
2 sdm maizena
3 sdm putih telur
Bahan lainnya:
3 siung bawang putih
1 batang daun bawang
1,2 liter air
2 sdm krimer bubuk
1 sdt garam
¼ sdt merica
1 sdt gula pasir (opsional)
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
sawi putih
enoki
horenso
silken tofu (firm), potong
Pelengkap:
saus wijen sangrai
daun ketumbar
cabai rawit merah
bawang putih goreng
Cara membuat:
1. Iris tipis dada ayam kemudian marinasi dengan kaldu ayam bubuk, merica, maizena dan putih telur, aduk rata
2. Potong sawi putih dan daun bawang
3. Panaskan wajan, masukkan bawang putih utuh dan daun bawang, masak hingga kecokelatan kemudian masukkan air dan batang sawi, rebus 5-8 menit
4. Masukkan kaldu ayam bubuk, garam, gula pasir, merica dan krimer bubuk, masak hingga mendidih
5. Masukkan tahu, jamur enoki, horenso, sawi putih dan ayam yang sudah dimarinasi, masak sesaat ayam kemudian angkat dan sisihkan
6. Iris daun ketumbar dan cabai rawit merah. Di dalam mangkuk, campurkan saus wijen sangrai, daun ketumbar, cabai rawit merah dan bawang putih goreng
7. Ayam shabu-shabu siap disajikan

Chicken Shabu-Shabu Recipe (yield 5 servings)
Chicken Marinade ingredients:
500 g chicken breast fillet (half frozen)
1 tsp chicken powder
¼ tsp pepper
2 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp egg white
Other ingredients:
3 clove garlic
1 stalk green onion
1.2 liter water
2 tbsp creamer
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar (optional)
1 tsp chicken powder
Napa cabbage
Enoki mushroom
Horenso
Firm white tofu, sliced
Sides:
Toasted sesame sauce
Cilantro
Red Thai chili
Fried garlic
Steps:
1. Thinly slice the chicken breast, then marinate with chicken powder, pepper, cornstarch, and egg white. Mix well.
2.Slice the Napa cabbage and green onion.
3. Heat pan. Add whole garlic and green onion. Cook until browned, then add water and cabbage stem. Boil for 5-8 minutes.
4. Add chicken powder, salt, sugar, pepper, and creamer. Bring to a boil.
5. Add tofu, enoki, horenso, Napa cabbage, and marinated chicken. Cook the chicken briefly, then remove and set aside.
6. Slice cilantro and red Thai chili. In a bowl, mix toasted sesame sauce, cilantro, chili, and fried garlic.
7. Chicken Shabu-Shabu is ready to serve.
