The Disk, and part starts with a return to Saman. Head into the building that was once locked and search for treasures then speak to Investigator Zeckte in main street to return the ledger. You'll be rewarded inside the house.

Head along to the E and you'll have a scene in the Inn. The mission is still to go to Gohtza. Speak to the stall owner where a raven used to be for a dream.
One that talks about the effects war has even on "neutral" territories.
Talk to the three men to the W and they'll accuse one of them of stealing, side with the accused and he'll mention a crow. The stolen money is found to the E in one of the sacks by the stall. You'll be rewarded for this side quest.

Head into the shop to stock up and be given a treasure hint. Speak to accused thief for another. At the port you can find treasure by a child.
Speak to people in the tavern until one of the men in the N give you another treasure hint.

Before advancing the story, it's a good time to head to Numara Atoll and get the immortals you haven't used some skills whilst simultaneously levelling up the mortals so you have more skills to link. Get everyone to around level 40 using Gamble and you should be fine.
