An initiative by the Center for Health & Well-being and the IE Counseling department, it brings together 20 voices of IE students, faculty, staff, and alumni to share their journeys of navigating mental health and well-being. These stories aim to redefine the conversation around mental health by promoting awareness, challenging stigma, and fostering a supportive environment where everyone feels empowered to express themselves. By sharing their experiences, participants frame empowering narratives that can transform adversity into positive impact, inspiring others on their unique paths.

At IE, we recognize mental health as a foundational pillar of overall well-being, essential for individuals to realize their potential, navigate adversity, and contribute to their community. We prioritize fostering mental health literacy, reducing stigma, and promoting open conversations to address the often-invisible nature of mental health challenges. Through systemic initiatives such as storytelling projects, we empower the IE community to embrace vulnerability, develop resilience, and cultivate a culture of support and psychological safety.
