Artists interview | 藝術家訪談 - Whitestone Gallery Beijing Opening

Unveiling insights with Architect Kengo Kuma and representative artists: Wu Shuang, Etsu Egami, JY, Jiang Miao, Chen Yingjie, Kohei Kyomori, and Miwa Komatsu who share their visions and thoughts exhibiting at the new Whitestone Beijing Gallery space situated within the vibrant 798 Art District.

"We Love China" exhibition continues until July 15 with separate exhibitions divided into 2 parts:

▍Part 1 of the exhibition runs until June 17th. The seminal exhibition illuminates the transformative impact of prominent art movements, including Gutai, Art Informel, Mono-ha, and Hi-Red-Centre, while delving into the profound societal shifts that swept Japan in the wake of WWII.

▍Part 2, from June 24 to July 15, showcases the boundless vitality and captivating creativity of the new generation of artists, echoing the pioneering ethos of the Gutai movement - "do what has never been done before." These daring visionaries fearlessly embrace unconventional mediums and themes, forging their distinctive artistic identities.
