The one who wants to be a follower of Ahlebait and specifically of Imam Mahdi, should change himself. Bring Islamic and moral attributes in yourself. Be closer to the Quran and salat. Refrain from every forbidden or Haram Task and penetrate every allowed or Halal task in yourself which is liked by Allah Almighty and Holy prophet Muhammad SAWW.
Today the world is changing and it is bringing the signs of Appearance or Zahoor of Imam Mehdi. The army of Imam Mahdi will belong mainly to Khurasan. But if you're not from Khurasan , from every part of thr part you can be liked by Ahlebait and Imam Mahdi if you follow the footsteps and purpose of imam Mehdi. For an instance, imam Mahdi will bring prosperity and equality in entire world.
The person can recognise the bad deeds done by governments and can move himself to help the way of Imam Mahdi by reducing or eliminating the injustice.
Bring attributes in yourself and then spread in family and society. Good deeds for the sake of Allah Almighty and Imam Mehdi, like truth, prevention from Haram . Brining unity among shia and sunni Muslims, understanding propagandas , staying away from ambiguities and complexities are all those attributes which can make anybody closer to Imam Mahdi.
