Ingredients for half the amount of jam I made
2kg / 4½lb Strawberries
1½kg / 3½lb / 7 cups Granulated sugar
The juice of one lemon per kilo of fruit (2 lemons)
1 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of Pectin powder (optional)
