How to Change the Default Develop Settings in Lightroom

Does this happen to you? You just took some pictures and imported the RAW files into Lightroom then noticed that Lightroom already did some processing to your images? All you did was import them but notice that for some reason, Sharpening and Noise Reduction were added, maybe contrast was turned up and Saturation down.
