Synopsis : Fresh out of the foster care system at 18, Casey has no home, no family, and no safety net. Drifting from place to place, they scrape by through petty crime—shoplifting, hustling, and doing whatever it takes to survive on the fringes of society. The world has never been kind, and trust is a luxury Casey can’t afford.
But everything changes when they cross paths with Jude, an equally lost soul with a complicated past. Unlike anyone Casey has ever met, Jude sees through the walls they’ve built and offers something Casey has never truly known—genuine kindness. Their bond deepens as they navigate a world that has cast them aside, drawn together by shared wounds and an unspoken understanding.
Yet, love is never simple. As their crimes escalate and dangers close in, Casey is forced to choose between the only way of life they’ve ever known and the fragile hope of something better.
