IPL 2020: KKR captain Karthik on Mumbai Indians clash, Narine-Gill opening pair

Kolkata Knight Riders captain Dinesh Karthik has said that they are prepared to to take on Rohit Sharma’s Mumbai Indians. Kolkata Knight Riders kick off their IPL 2020 campaign with a match against Mumbai Indians on Wednesday. KKR skipper Dinesh Karthik said the team is aware of their record but added that every match should be seen as a new match. Dinesh Karthik also spoke on Sunil Narain and Shubman Gill opening the batting for their franchise and said that it’s a unique opening pair and hoped that they will be successful. He also said that the team management has been discussing what speeds to bowl at in the pitches that are on offer. Head coach Brendon McCullum spoke on Kuldeep Yadav and said that he has been challenged but has come back strongly.
