First off sorry, my recording is just on the spur of the moment, i noticed a lil lag on the game audio but hopefully the music will distract you from that.
Here what i did was simple, solar subclass and solar weapons for both final blows and lmg final blows, both of which are solar, i equiped lmg reserves and heavy finisher for the extra bricks
Loaded into a nightfall solo and ignored the nightfall and just searched for a lost sector. Kill the red bars easy and leave reset it and come back in kill the red bars and repeat again. Instant Progress for you. Quick farm tip for you.
