I work with multi-national corporations with diverse needs, underdeveloped countries, temporary talent providers (staffing agencies, Manpower), job placement & career services, corporate training departments, institutions of learning - from training centers to colleges and finally, individuals.

Our SERVICES include, develop & assess professional skills of potential talent, critical thinking on Project Based Learning collaborations, prepare & implement collaborative work environments for our target audience under the supervision of mentors, coaches & project managers, and lastly, integrate solutions in the E2E Gap.

I use 2 forms of metrics:
1. Baseline Score Questionnaire – evaluates time management, communication, team work, job awareness & more prior to the learning experience
2. Personal Career Readiness Score Report – upon completion of the experience this report reflects progress & gaps of experience for specific job titles
