Ingredients

12 garlic pods
2 inches ginger
7to 8 green chilli

9 to 10 kaju
9 to 10 badam
9 to 10 pistachio
2 tbsp dry coconut

1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp jeera
2 bay leaves

4 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1 javitri


Steps

In a cooker add 2 -3 tbsp green. you can add oil also..but ghee gives a nice taste..once ghee is hot add gram masala and saute for a minute then add 2 medium-sized chopped onions...slightly change the colour of the onions and then add green and ginger garlic paste..saute well till the raw smells going then add pay a mix everything well ..add 2 glass of hot water bring to boil then cover the lid cook the paya till it's tender
In a mixture add kaju, badam,pista and coconut grid it nicely..then strain it to get a smooth creamy paste
Paya has cooked now ..remove paya in a bowl... then remove bay leaves, and cardamom..
In a pan add oil or ghee add 2 chopped onions and fry don't change the colour then add the remaining green chilli and ginger garlic paste and saute well
Then add spice 1 tsp jeera powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder.. and 1 tsp kasuri methi
Then add Dry fruit paste mixture every well...then add paya mix well..bring it to a boil and cover the lid cook for 10 to 15 minutes
Then add 1/4 cup fresh cream and a few chopped coriander leaves.
Now paya is ready to serve
