How's my bloodwork after 7 months on carnivore. I tested cholesterol, HBA1c, Insulin, C-Peptide, and Glucose. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Coronary Artery Scans & Radiation (report):
Update: The screenshot I shared in the video was from a 2009 study and I have more recent information on that. If using newer equipment, radiation doses are often lower. It does depend on numerous factors, but we can get some idea from a more recent 2022 report. In that report, they compare two types of CAC scans: one is 64-slice and the other is 256-slice. Average radiation for the CAC scan on the older 64-slice is: Mean Effective Radiation Dose (ED) 1.06 mSv, and for the newer 256-slice: Mean Effective Radiation Dose (ED) 0.84 mSv. This is just an example from one study though.
