Mark Johnson from Hobie walks us through the 2015 Hobie Prone Paddleboard line. There are three 12' prone paddleboards in the series. The first 2 are pintails: The Cloud PRO is narrower and has a more rounded bottom for more advanced racers. The Cloud is wider, more stable, much easier to knee-paddle.

The Surf model has a square "Dolphin" tail and a flat bottom to the middle with a rounded nose. There are handles on the top back and top front and one on the side. This is more of a planing version, surfs great and is fun in the bumps—on a downwind. All the prone paddleboards are custom made in Dana point factory in the same shaping bay as the Hobie raws.
