I felt really weird doing this route, largely because I have NO IDEA how old Jieun is! The only viable piece of information that we're given is that he's a "teenager". Heejung is somewhere around twenty-two so anything under eighteen feels wrong. For my own sanity, I've chosen to assume that he's initially somewhere around sixteen. The good thing is, his relationship with Heejung remains relatively pure (they don't even kiss) the entire time he's visiting her world. Personally, I felt that this added greater depth to the story.

Despite my issues with his age, I found Jieun to be strangely intriguing. He speaks frankly and with a level of confidence that you wouldn't expect to see in someone so young. Granted, the bulk of said confidence is probably rooted in the fact that he's THE divine child of his era, but still! He's also the only player of "The Game" whose wish was for someone else's wish to be fulfilled. Can we say "selfless"? Add to that the fact that he's a PRINCE, and you just can't help but be drawn to him (not fair, Cheritz!).

Another thing that I REALLY like about Jieun is his honesty. Unlike the other "players", he's very up front about his inevitable departure from Heejung. In doing so, he gives her the strength and courage to move forward without the The Wizard - thus she never seeks him out. In the end, her faith in Jieun is GREATLY rewarded (again, in a way that is unique to his story)!

I have to admit, I fell in love with this particular route for the reasons stated above. Let me be clear - I DO NOT support the relationship going further than it did while Jieun was under age. After the three-year separation, ABSOLUTELY! Jieun morphed into a FINE king (puberty was GOOD to him!), and Heejung needs to marry him ASAP!

This video features the Happy Ending only (because there is NOT a bad ending on Jieun's route). As always, I wanted this to be as movie-esque as possible, so I have edited out the actual decision-making/mundane moments.
