1. Place the mold with the same shape as the crucible at a pressure of 20Pa~400Pa and an operating temperature of 1450°C~1850°C;

2. Under nitrogen protection, continuously introduce methane and/or propane gas, the ventilation time is 20-100min, the ventilation flow is 0.5L-3L/min, and the ventilation working temperature is 1450°C~1850°C;

3. First, apply a layer of pyrolytic graphite coating on the surface of the mold with a coating thickness of 5-30 microns, and then deposit pyrolytic boron nitride crucible on the mold;

4. After demoulding, a long-life pyrolytic boron nitride crucible mold is obtained.

Precautions for using boron nitride crucible:
1. Boron nitride is easy to absorb moisture. The crucible cannot be stored in humid and cold areas and cannot be washed. It can be wiped directly with sandpaper or wiped with alcohol.

2. The working temperature in the air should not exceed 1000 degrees. If the temperature exceeds 1000 degrees, the surface of boron nitride in contact with oxygen will oxidize and peel off.
