Build a working Chu-ko-nu the easy way.

Some 2400 years after the invention of the Chu-Ko-Nu, the first easily assembled kit is here. Our Chu-Ko-Nu kit (made of laser cut plywood and bamboo) fires harmless but incredibly satisfying paper coffee stirrers. This video shows the entire build process in real time, with a couple of 10-15 snips removed while the glue dries. The completed model/toy is about 14 inches (35 cm) long and 12 inches (30 cm) wide. It fires a maximum of about 30 feet (10 meters) and is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. As with any toy that shoots, this should be operated with care and under competent adult supervision.
