Our Custom Triumph TR4 Radiator Shroud is DONE - PART 2

This week we finish up our Triumph TR4 aluminum radiator shroud build! Our patience is tested when several of our sheet metal bends do not quite work out… How many times will we mess this up along the way? 😂 Watch the video to find out. This week we start on the two side pieces for the shroud, cutting them out of .025” aluminum and bending them to fit the car. After one minor setback, we fasten everything together with rivets and install it in the car. Finally, Jim schools us on basic sheet metal tools needed for your own DIY radiator shroud.
