Chris Runge explains how he forms the fender wheel arches on RS010 by hammer forming aluminum skin over the internal tube buck. The skin material is .063" 3003 H14 Aluminum, the tube buck is 1/2" aluminum tube and welding with the Miller 210DX using 1100 Filler rod.
