Casino Boulevard belongs to the Pahlavi period and is located in the city of Ramsar . The boulevard was registered as one of the national monuments of Iran on December 26, 1973 with the registration number 1521 . The name of this boulevard was Casino Boulevard before the 1978 Iranian Revolution , and after the Revolution, its name was changed to Moallem Boulevard . This boulevard starts from the entrance door of the old Ramsar Hotel and extends to the beach, and on both sides of this boulevard, towering Mexican palm trees and cypress trees can be seen.

One of the most important and busy areas of Ramsar is Moallem Boulevard . Many people still know this boulevard by its old name, "Casino". The length of this promenade is about 2 km.


Simultaneously with the changes in the urban structure in most cities of Iran in the early part of the present century, Ramsar also witnessed the construction of new buildings and streets. The old Ramsar Hotel and Casio Boulevard were among the most important places created at that time. The year of construction of this street is 1310. At first, this route was created between the old hotel and the sea for cars to pass. Over time, in the 1950s, two more lanes were added on either side of the route, and the middle route became a sidewalk. The reason for naming this boulevard to the casino was due to the presence of a casino at the end of its path. After the revolution, the name of this place was changed to Moallem Boulevard.

The most famous building in this area of ​​the city is the old Ramsar Hotel, which is now visited as one of the national monuments of Iran . The Parsian Hotel was built near the old hotel, which are part of the Parsian Azadi hotel chain.

As mentioned, Tosca Sara beach and Ramsar amusement park are located next to the beach market at the end of this boulevard. There is also a building near the beach that used to be the Ramsar Casino and is now used as a cafeteria.
