BOLU GULUNG COKLAT
Bahan Bolu :
150 gram Mentega
1 sdm Vanilla Butter
13 butir Kuning Telur
100 gram Putih Telur
15 gram Emulsifier
150 gram Gula Halus
95 gram Tepung Mocaf
20 gram Cocoa Powder
10 gram Maizena
15 gram Susu Bubuk
Bahan Cream :
80 gram Whipping Cream Bubuk
160 gram Susu UHT Coklat
40 gram Mentega
2 sdm Cocoa Powder
2 sdm Gula Halus
Topping :
Gula Halus
Cara membuat bolu :
1. Lelehkan Mentega dan Vanilla Butter.
2. Siapkan wadah berbeda, masukkan kuning telur, putih telur, emulsifier, gula halus, tepung mocaf, cocoa powder, maizena, susu bubuk. Mixer hingga tercampur rata.
3. Tambahkan adonan mentega leleh.
4. Tuang dalam loyang.
5. Oven selama 25 menit dengan suhu 170°C.
6. Keluarkan dari oven lalu dinginkan.
7. Olesi bagian atas dengan cream yang sudah dibuat.
8. Gulung perlahan dan hati-hati agar bolu dapat tergulung dengan sempurna.
9. Masukkan kulkas beberapa menit.
10. Keluarkan dari kulkas, lalu taburi dengan gula halus.
Cara membuat Cream :
1. Masukkan Whipping Cream Bubuk, susu UHT. Lalu mixer hingga tercampur rata.
2. Campurkan mentega, coklat bubuk, gula halus.
3. Campurkan kedua adonan, lalu mixer kembali.

Cake Ingredients

13 Egg yolks
Egg whites, 100 grams
Emulsifier, 15 grams
Powdered sugar, 150 grams
Mocafine Mocaf Flour, 95 grams
Cocoa Powder, 20 grams
Maizena flour, 10 grams
Powdered milk, 15 grams
Cream Ingredients :
Powdered whipped cream, 80 grams
Chocolate UHT milk, 160 grams
Butter, 40 grams
Cocoa Powder. 2 tablespoons
Powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons
Toppings :
Powdered sugar, to your liking
Methods :
To make the cream :
1. Put the powdered whipped cream and UHT milk into a bowl, and mix them well.
2. In a different bowl, mix butter, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
3. Mix the two mixtures well until it has the consistency shown in the video.
To make the cake :
1. Melt the butter and vanilla powder.
2. In a different bowl, pour egg yolks, egg whites, emulsifiers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, Mocafine Mocaf flour, maizena flour, and powdered milk. Mix them well.
3. While mixing, add the butter mixture to the dough.
4. Pour the dough into a baking tray.
5. Bake them at 170ºC for 25 minutes, then let them rest for a while.
6. Use the cream we made earlier to cover the upper side of the cake.
7. Roll it carefully, making sure to do it slow and steady, then put them in the fridge for several minutes.
8. After it has been cooled and stable, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
