The only thing better than cooking over a campfire outdoors is cooking something from another region! Im used to southern campfire cooking but not much from other parts of the U.S.A. My friend Chris sent me a pack of Tamaya Blue Corn Pancake mix from Native Seeds/SEARCH. He also sent along some Cheris Desert Harvest Prickly Pear Cactus Syrup. We mix up and cook this delicious stuff over a Lodge cast iron griddle out in the woods next to our favorite creek. #lodgecastiron
