In today’s episode of the Daily, Millionaire Property Developer, Ste Hamilton starts off the day by viewing and purchasing a terraced house which he hopes can get over the line by today!
Ste is on the road today as he checks up on a couple of his developments! At the first development, there has been a leak inside the utility room which Ste needs to resolve. Ste then found a minor issue with the landscaping which can be easily rectified with his contractors. The next property Ste visits is a 3 bedroom house which is being turned into 4 flats, the contractors there are flying and Ste reveals that they have been the BEST contractors he has ever used in his 10 years of being a property developer.

Also, throughout the day Ste has been receiving calls from his fire safety team which is needed at one of his properties. The figure quoted was up to £10,000 but can Ste manage to get the price down? At the office Ste gives you guys an update on his 2024 plans and the overview of his current team!
