51 years ago today, on Sept. 20, 1973, the world lost legendary musicians Jim Croce and Maury Muehleisen in a tragic plane crash after their concert at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana

This short fan film is inspired by their final encore and Jim's last call home as told in 'I Got A Name: The Jim Croce Story' by Ingrid Croce and Jimmy Rock
