Welcome back to another video and in this one I talk about how to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time (aka body recomposition) as easily as possible.. with my 3 golden rules. And naturally, gaining muscle whilst losing fat is not the easiest thing to do in the world. In fact, if your goal is to maximise muscle growth at all costs, you're much better off spending your time in a calorie surplus aka bulking.

However, if your main goal is based around fat loss then why not try your very best to achieve some form of body recomposition in the process? It's a no brainer. And that is what this video is all about. I go into detail on the 3 things that really stand out for me and make gaining muscle & losing fat a much greater possibility.

And on top of that, I have a couple of new low calorie high protein meals to show you. So if your main goal is based around fat loss (or if you just enjoy getting creative and finding new ways to hit your calorie and protein targets) then these meals are perfect for you. There's a high volume dessert in there that's a real treat!
