🍎 Recipe :
Start by cutting out circles from tortilla sheets and placing them into a muffin tray to shape them into cups. Brush the cups with melted butter and add raw rice inside to provide weight so they hold their shape. Bake the tortilla cups until crisp and golden.

For the filling, make vanilla custard or blend 1 pack of cream cheese with honey until smooth. Once the baked cups have cooled, fill them with the creamy mixture.

For the topping, slice apples very thin and let them sit in caster sugar for 15–25 minutes until softened. Rinse off the excess sugar with water so the slices are flexible. Carefully roll the slices into rose shapes and place them on top of the filled cups.

Serve these apple rose cups fresh for a beautiful, elegant, and delicious dessert.
