Palau Digital Residency Program Inauguration Ceremony | August 2023

This is the recording of the Palau Digital Residency Program Inauguration Ceremony held at the President's Satellite Office on August 28, 2023.

Participants at the Event included:

- Mr. Vitalik Buterin, Co-Founder of Ethereum and Palau Digital Resident
- Mr. William Wang, CEO of RNS

Two significant Milestones of the Palau Digital Residency Program were celebrated:

• Reaching 10,000 Digital Residents
• Minting the first-ever Sovereign and Legal (Digital) DID on chain, using ZK technology
