The Advanced French Patisserie post-graduate program in particular prepares graduates for an extraordinary career in the baking and patisserie field by offering a unique international experience.

Through this program, students study at both George Brown’s renowned culinary school in downtown Toronto as well as at École National Superieure de la Patisserie in France.
