4K | Sipping on Cathay Delight with a View of Mt Fuji! Check Out 2 Airline Lounges at Haneda Airport

In this trip report, join us on this trip as we experience Cathay Pacific's Business Class aboard flight CX543, flying from Tokyo's Haneda Airport (HND) to Hong Kong (HKG). Departing from Terminal 3, let me show you the bustling atmosphere of one of Japan's busiest tourist hubs.

Exploring the Cathay Pacific Lounge, adorned with wooden panels and soothing tones, the space offers comfort and abundant natural light. The lounge features Cathay's renowned Noodle Bar, serving signature dishes and Japanese breakfast options, all with an impressive tarmac view.

As an Emerald oneworld member, I also had access to the JAL First Class Lounge, characterized by an elegant ambiance. The dining area was bustling during my visit and I couldn’t resist the freshly made sushi so we’ll again, indulge in a 2nd breakfast!

Onboard the modern A350 in Business Class, I'm seated in 18K, chosen for its excellent engine view and a close up view of Mount. Fuji! Service begins with a glass of champagne, Cathay Delight and continues with a delectable lunch that was so enjoyable I finished every bite.
