I am not going to lie, I love following a keto and anti-inflammatory lifestyle, and I love my keto food blogger, keto diet experts, and keto influencers, but even I have raised my eyebrows (and yes, I have done) at these keto diet trends. Many of the keto trends I discuss were great when they came out, but have quickly become outdated with improved products for consumers.
