Welcome to the JNCIA Data Center series.
In this lesson we move into our first configuration task and start building the foundation of our Layer 2 environment by creating VLANs across our Juniper data centre fabric.

You’ll see exactly how to configure VLANs on both spine and leaf switches, using the Junos CLI.
We create Customer 1 (VLAN 100) and Customer 2 (VLAN 200) and discuss why consistent naming conventions are important for troubleshooting in multi-switch topologies.
