Using a heavily granulating black is a good way of mixing your own imitations of Van Gogh Dusk colors, Schmincke granulating paints and some Daniel Smith Primateks.

Here I test Mijello Cobalt Black (PBk27) and Van Gogh Oxide Black (PBk7) mixed with Mijello Viridian, Van Gogh Azo Green Yellow and Mijello Red Brown to see if I can create a granulation effect.
