Overall impressions
Being full of bugs, very demanding in terms of hardware and unoptimized for PC I was not very determined to play this game. The cars are not optimized at all and you need to tune them (after a lot of hours spent to know how) to be able to keep them from sliding all over the place. When you tune them, the handling is ok, but not exciting. Career mode is somehow limited (see the tracks below) and the only thing that makes this game worth your time is the online events. Forget the rivals section as it seems it is a tough cookie to crack to even be in the top 50, but you never know. It is supposed to be a simulation game, but the handling if one of your wheels touches the grass is unrealistically ridiculous, in fact if you touch grass you race is almost certainly ruined. The AI of the opponent cars is also somehow for laughs as well as the punishment system. When you get hit by another car and they drive you out of the road you might be the one to take the punishment.

Bugs so far:
Sometimes when you are trying to restart a race the game sticks on loading screen
Shader cache is being optimized every time the game starts (Newest CPUS=Faster Loading Times)
The game refuses to go online if there is a pending update (Fix: Delete the stored Xbl* tokens from Windows Credential Manager)
Loading each track is very slow (Newest CPUS=Faster Loading Times)
The game stutters a lot when recording a race (Newest CPUS=No stutters)
RTX 3060 with ray tracing is somehow not enough to even think of ray tracing without introducing stuttering
Using DLAA or FSR improves by a few fps, but the stuttering remains
4K @ 60fps and ray tracing natively=build a new $$$$ PC!!!
