Olympic flame route will take the Games to every Italian, says organizing committee

The route for the Olympic flame was announced by the Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee in Milan on Tuesday (November 26).
The flame's route will take 63 days with 60 stops in Italy itself, taking in all 110 provinces, a journey of over 12,000 kilometers.
The flame begins its journey on November 26, 2025 in the Greek city of Olympia before arriving in Rome on December 4.
The torch will then be carried by around 10,000 people through Italy before finishing its journey at the San Siro Stadium in Milan at the Opening Ceremony on February 6, 2026.
