This is Wien's Law explained.

This video is part of a batch of 24 videos in Astronomy shot on location at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. Locations were carefully selected around campus for the best visual interest, and included: the Physics Department storage facility, a large lecture hall, a hallway space with spiral staircase, and various other exterior spots.

The presenter (oftentimes with student support) was shot with two cameras, interesting props, and the corresponding use of good audio, lighting, and hair & makeup assistance — all for best production quality. Furthermore, a fisheye lens was used to obtain special footage that was then treated as a “lab cam.”
