What Camerons Car Reviews has to say about the 2013 Corolla: The Corolla, the number one selling car worldwide, and one of the most boring cars you can buy according to us automotive enthusiasts. Now Toyota knows that people are going to buy the Corolla no matter how many features it lacks and no matter how far it is behind the times, simply because of the reputation that Toyota has built over the years. However there is one thing, many competitors have now matched the Corollas reliability if not it's better. Power in the Corolla comes from a reliable 1.8 L 4-Cylinder made into a stone age 4-Speed Automatic or a 5-Speed Manual. Trims range from the base L to the top of the line LE or go with a Sport S trim. The Corolla lacks to even offer a backup camera, which some compact cars offer is pretty much standard like the Honda Civic. The interior is more functional than stylish and there is simple to use climate controls, the interior also has hard plastics in almost every single place. The Corolla used to be one of the top choices and we are very surprised Toyota hasn't full redesigned this car pretty much since 2003. However, all of this doesn't mean the Corolla is a bad car, right now you can get the Corolla for pretty cheap with all of the rebates that Toyota is offering with the cars also we really like the ride and the seats in the car. We highly recommend to choose something else than the Corolla for the 2013 model year. however if your a Toyota loyalist and you always bought Corollas than this car won't disappoint.
